Delivery and Returns

We aim to process your order on the same day you place it with us, excluding weekends and Public Holidays, but if not then certainly within 24 hours. The only exception will be ‘special order’ items that we do not carry in stock such as Provincial Jewels and Apron Badges. Rest assured you will be kept completely informed during the whole order/delivery process. Our returns policy is a simple ‘no quibble’ 14 day from receipt return – if for any reason you wish to return the item simply pack and return in the original packaging and unused condition and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. The only exception to this policy is for personalised/engraved items.
